Creating destination environments requires a designer to anticipate the needs and desires of a large and changing population, and work towards that within the site. Hospitality projects require consideration of every part of the guests' experience: from the first views to the tiles in the bathroom. Hans Roegele has worked on several exclusive resorts. Moroccan Resort
Working under the direction of Principal Jason Montgomery at Hart Howerton, Hans Roegele initially designed, and was project manager for the units shown on this page. These villas were intended for an international clientele, and designed to international resort standards. They had excellent views of the sea and easy access to a Golf Club, Beach Club, and other amenities. See also Planning for related work.
