Below are current projects:

Masterplan

Masterplan Concept for a new upscale development. The site was carefully analyzed for major views and topography using a computer model, and the masterplan designed with constant reference to the model. The client's goal was that each house have the feeling of an estate, but within a larger community. Thus walkways were carefully laid out between homes, community centers created, and landscaping on lots laid out to allow for borrowed views and a larger sense of space.

Bronx Addition

This project allows for a budget take on a modernist classic, by carving a series of interlocking patios from the building

Apartment Renovation

This project re-imagines a tight, tall space as a color and material-rich, harmonious space. Colors moving across the space will visually push it wider, and horizontal bands on the wall will bring the height to a human scale.
Shown are two options for the master bath.

Connecticut Property

While focusing on the reconstruction of a converted 18th century barn, this project will also weave in a new landscape using the same language of native plants, stone walls, maples, and meadows currently found on the property.

Landscape Design

This design, for a large New York residence, plays with the existing features of the site, by inserting a sinuous wall and hedge through a stand of trees at the front, and wrapping the garden vertically up the cliff faces in the back.
