Project scale or unique local conditions sometimes are best overcome by forming a larger design team. Local partners provide support with local availability of contractors, materials, and the market, while the design consultants lead the design process. Hans Roegele has served as a design consultant for numerous projects. Featured here is a retail center project.

Retail Center

In 2005 Hans Roegele, working in consultation with Masten Economakis, designed an exclusive retail center for national developer Holladay Properties. Holladay wished the center to be an outdoor mall with the feeling of a traditional town. The design team developed a site plan that created a sequence of spaces grouped around spines, with parking along the edges. Design concepts were tested with 3d computer models, then produced as schematic sets. Forum Architects produced Construction Sets.
